Director & Company Founder
Julie has worked within the property industry for over 12 years, her experience extends to all areas of the business including market appraisals, liaising with vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants. Her previous experience in retail management gave her a valuable insight into understanding the importance of great customer service, highlighting the importance of a good business to customer relationship.

Jessica Blacklock
Director & Company Founder
Jess co-founded English Rose with Julie in 2018, bringing with her over 20 years of invaluable experience in the industry. Her passion for helping clients through every stage of their journey, from the initial consultation to the moment they complete has made her an integral part of the business. Jess is known for her professionalism, dedication, and unwavering work ethic, which has earned her the trust and loyalty of countless clients.

Bill Blacklock
Director & Company Founder
Bill is not just a director at English Rose; he’s the very foundation of what we’ve built. Without his unwavering belief in Jessica and Julie, English Rose Estate Agents would never have became a reality. Bill backed us from the very start, his enthusiasm, support, and invaluable business ideas have been instrumental in shaping the company success.

Paul Rusling
Finance, Compliance & Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
As the Head of Finance and Compliance, Paul ensures every detail is managed with precision. He is also an EPC Assessor, oversees the Rental Department, and takes charge of IT Management.

Stephanie Ruston
Office Manager
As our Office Manager, Stefanie oversees the day to day running of the office. Her responsibilities include confirming and following up on appointments, managing emails, checking that files are complete, answering the phone, and assisting clients with their enquiries.

Katrina Willetts
Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Katrina joined the English Rose team after our third year in business Through hard work and dedication, she has trained as a Property Valuer, playing a key role in monitoring how our sales properties are performing and providing regular feedback to our vendors.

Jenna Booker
Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Working closely with Paul on the lettings side her responsibilities include conducting property inspections, preparing inventories, handling viewings, and assisting with general admin tasks. Whatever the challenge, Jenna tackles it with enthusiasm and dedication.
